Remote Working - Senior Architectural Technician

A exciting opportunity has arisen with a busy Architectural practice who due to workload and increased capacity are looking to add a Senior Technician/ Technologist to join their dynamic team working on large scale multi unit Residential projects. The role with be working remotely and you can therefore be based anywhere in the UK. Playing a heavily involved technical role you will be an integral part of the team working on simultaneous projects at any one time on leading Residential developments. You will be a senior in the large sized team and although the team work in Revit you do not need to be expert level but a good proficiency is required. Must have UK building regs experience. Key tasks include: Building regulation submissions Development of construction drawing packs Liaising with clients and contractors Production of tender drawings Able to work independently and to deadline Alongside the Associates and Seniors supporting more juniors within the team During lockdown my client has seen the benefit to their employees lifestyle of everyone working from home and want their team to continue to benefit from this lifestyle and work life balance.
