Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of groundworks, repairs and maintenance works. Complete paving, slabbing and block paving works. Complete excavations and reinstatement works in line with regulations. Install and repair fencing including concrete and timber posts, panels and close board fencing. Undertake brickwork and pointing repairs. Conduct pre-start risk assessments and work safely at all times. Maintain tools, equipment, vehicle stock and associated documentation. Ensure properties are left safe, secure and weather-tight following works. Essential Requirements NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Groundworks or a relevant construction trade. Full UK Manual Driving Licence. Experience in: Paving, slabbing and block paving. Concreting and shuttering works. Underground drainage repairs and replacements. Excavation and reinstatement works.
