Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a Brighton based multi-disciplinary practice. Having been established for over 70 years, our client provides Surveying, Design and Project Management services to both the private and public sectors and now require another QS to come on board and supplement the existing team. Working from offices in Hove, the role will be primarily concentrated around the South East. The role will involve, but not be limited to, the preparation of Tender Documents, Budget Estimates, Contract Documents and Cost plans, Post Contract Valuation, Cost Reporting and Final Account Negotiations, holding site progress meetings and delivering on the Client's Objectives. To ensure effective delivery of duties, it will be important that the QS possesses excellent communication skills and a good commercial awareness. Strong I.T skills will also prove to be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity for a determined Quantity Surveyor to progress their career and join an ambitious company looking to expand.
