Order Processor

Chase Taylor are working on behalf of a well-established, successful family run business in Leicestershire who are currently recruiting for an experienced Order Processor. In this role you will be required to accurately input orders onto sales and manufacturing software prior to production. You will also be responsible for ordering additional parts, ensuring their timely delivery before an order is dispatched. In addition you will deal with customer enquiries both over the telephone and via email. Candidates must have a high level of customer service skills with excellent communication skills and telephone manner when dealing with customers and suppliers. An understanding of the uPVC window and door industry is essential as is good IT skills including experience using the Microsoft Office suite of software.
