Site Manager

Site Manager Required. Site manager needed to run a £4M commercial in Cheltenham. This is an interesting and fast paced site with the possibility of ongoing work. The job will be a temporary contract for about 22 weeks. You will be in charge of the office refurbsihment and associated works. You will be dealing with the architect, client and all sub contractors on the works, you will be responsible for organisation of all staff plant and heath and safety on site. Roles and Responsibilities: The role will include site based management Office paperwork and computer work Overall supervision of the workforce on site Being responsible for implementing health and safety, compiling detailed reports and task briefs Candidate Requirements: Previous experience working on commercial projects SMSTS Black CSCS Card - must have First Aid The ability to run a team effectively Must live within a daily commute Please do not apply if you do not fit the above requirements.
