Asset Surveyor (SC MoD Cleared) - South East

Stock Condition/Asset Surveyors with current SC level MoD Clearance required to take up 3/4 month contract role carrying out Stock Condition Surveys of MoD Housing Stock in the South East of England. With contract commencement early September 2020 the client requires 3/4 surveyors across a large programme of condition surveys and RdSAP assessments of military housing units, capturing information utilising asset management software on a tablet/hand-held. Applicants will hold in date SC level vetting and have evidenced experience of conducting housing stock condition surveys backed up with a technical/surveying/construction qualification.
