Senior Contracts Manager - Passive Firee

Minimum 5-7 years experience in the passive fire industry. * Very organised with good attention to detail. * Technical and practical knowledge of passive fire protections solutions. * Undertake surveys * Work off drawings and quantities to price/quote * Contract Management - financials, managing team, sub-contractors, suppliers, client liaison * Client Management * Business Development – strong commercial awareness required. Being able to Maximise opportunities, finding new areas for growth and introducing new clients into the company. * Responding to Tenders (training can be provided) – prepare documents for bidding * Strong Commercial awareness – Business Development/Commercial Manager * Liaising with suppliers to gather best available process for products and services. * Competent IT technical knowledge * Maintain industry knowledge and remain up to date with regulations and industry changes
