Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst - London

Our client is a highly successful UKAS asbestos consultancy with a national presence. Due to their continued success, they are now looking to recruit a hard-working and reliable Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to work on a mixed portfolio of commercial and industrial contracts in and around the London area. Consideration will be given to applications from Basildon, Dartford, Slough, Watford and the surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience: Will possess the P402, P403 and P404 asbestos certificates or the equivalent RSPH qualification. Have significant experience working within an asbestos surveying and air-testing/air-monitoring within the asbestos industry. Experience with managing own work load and providing a consultancy service to clients would be advantageous Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Be fully conversant with the Health & Safety procedures with regards to asbestos. Key Responsibilities: Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on various properties. Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on various sites - commercial and industrial. Overseeing asbestos contractors on site and ensuring that they comply with the Health and Safety procedures with regards to asbestos. Collating and producing asbestos reports as and when required. Establishing and maintaining a good working rapport with the company's portfolio of clients.
