M&E Quantity Surveyor

We have a new opportunity for an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join one of our leading clients. Our client have a long history of delivering high end projects across the UK and after a slight slowdown due to Covid, things are now returning to normal for them with a range of new project starts. The M&E QS is required to work on a large, prestigious mixed-use scheme in central London. The project incorporates both high end residential and a hotel. The successful Quantity Surveyor will report in to the Senior Commercial Manager and will be responsible for all M&E packages on the project. You will be required to work on sub contractor appointments all the way through to final account. Our ideal candidate will come from a main contractor, developer or specialist M&E sub contractor. You will have experience of working on medium to large scale projects, ideally with some residential and hotel experience.
