Senior Contracts Manager - Roofing - Slating & Tiling

Responsibilities: -Day to day supervision of all site operatives, briefing of daily works. - Liaise with site managers to book works in and update them with progress, resolve issues when necessary. - On site daily supervision including spot checks. - Responsible for stock checking on site to ensure lads have all necessary materials and processing forecasted material requirements. - Oversee operations associated with supply and quality assurance. - Undertake roof inspections and ensure accurate recording. - Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all company regulations and safety legislations and communicate these to all workers. - Conduct weekly toolbox talks alongside daily health and safety procedures. - Produce job specific Risk assessments. - Attend pre-start meetings and site meetings when required. Skills and attributes - Roofing experience and understanding of terminology, materials and processes. -Understanding health and safety and RAMS. -Current full drivers’ licence - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. - Computer literate Hours of work Monday to Thursday 7.30-4.30 Friday 7.30- 3.45 Salary- Negotiable Company Vehicle and mobile phone provided.
