Heritage Consultant Junior or Senior

We are partnered with a highly successful Central London property firm with a strong planning and heritage team, who will have to turn work away soon without the right new team member(s) on board.

This team are looking for one or two new stars to join them, ideally from a heritage consultancy background - with at least one role's internship/experience up to Senior Heritage Consultant level. Your role will be to give advice to clients related to issues of Heritage and Townscape, alongside Planning advice with colleagues. The clients vary across sectors but predominantly are major and complex in nature.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing Heritage Statements along with complementary documents
• Contextual analysis and visual impact assessments
• Working alongside planning colleagues and giving collaborative advice to clients

You ideally will have:

• 12 months up to 8 years' experience in a similar role (although more or less will be considered)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Have a sound understanding of planning policies
• Not essential experience but advantageous if knowledge working with visualisation, verified views and virtual urban modelling
