Junior Mechanical Estimator Required Are you looking for a new opportunity or challenge within an M&E Contractor based around the Essex area? Healthy order book to get stuck into with projects exceeding the £5million mark. Typical projects ranging from £500k - £5million within a variety of sectors including Commercial Fit out, data centres and education Competitive salary and package along with training and development for those looking to progress. With a solid Estimating team in place they are now looking to expand the department to assist with the work load coming in. Please see below typical duties that will be included within the role but not limited to: Prepare tenders Breakdown client enquiries Measure/Assess quantities and prepare schedules if required Prepare detailed Mechanical estimates Support and help implement the company growth strategy Tender presentations Supporting contracts managers with variations and final accountsSkills required: Ability to meet & exceed targets Self-motivating attitude Ability to work alone Experience working with M&E Sub ContractorI am currently arranging interviews over the coming week as there are live projects to move onto.
