Our client has a well-respected reputation across the entire construction industry, with an increase in workload, new projects and tight deadlines they now require a driven and ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on high value development near Gatwick airport. Our client's impressive portfolio consists of having several large new build residential projects in excess of £100m in value. Developing your existing skills, you will be one of very few to work on projects this prestigious in London. The nature of the scheme will call on someone who has a strong background in Residential New Build projects.
