General Foreman - Civils, infrastructure, groundworks

PSR Solutions are working with a well established civils contractor to recruit a General Foreman to drive projects in the Yorkshire region. The successful Foreman will be a strong man-manager, capable of supervising groundworks gangs, maintaining records, diaries, delivering toolbox talks and driving a programme. You will be local to the Yorkshire region, and able to travel throughout South, West and parts of North Yorkshire. Our client is has a solid pipeline of projects and a growing team operating within roadworks, groundworks and infrastructure projects ranging from £50k - £1m in value. Teamwork is a huge part of their culture; with a growing team delivering both framework awarded and competitively tendered projects. Qualifications or Required Experience: First Aid at Work (preferable) SSSTS or SMSTS Excellent time management and organisational skills CSCS Card Current valid driving license MUST have experience of groundworks, deeep drainage, concreting, 278 works.
