Quality Controller/Finishing Foreman

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Controller/CS to join a leading Housing Provider and Developer on an urgent, temporary contract. The role will involve snagging on three different sites, based in Reading with frequent travel to both Southampton and London. The role is paying equivalent to £35,000 per annum + mileage, as an hourly rate. This role has an immediate start. Client Details A leading Housing Provider and developer based throughout England. This role is covering their South region, with sites in Southampton, London and predominantly based in Reading. Description This role involves looking after 3 sites - based in the South. These sites are at residential sites, and are at different stages of completion. For this role you will be required to: Ensure that all quality check procedures are adhered to and completed during every phase of the production process. Ensure all products are inspected to drawing requirements and rectified to correct requirements with any/all issues being reported. Ensure that all associated quality paperwork is produced, issued and effectively communicated for all products, defects, non-conforming materials and outstanding operations and completed to requirements. Ensure fitting/installation is completed to the required standard as instructed by the Inspection Test Plan and or manufacturer's instructions. Profile The successful candidate will be experienced in snagging, quality inspection, finishing and quality control. They will have site experience and be prepared to travel between Reading and Southampton, with one day a week in London. A full UK license and access to a vehicle is required for this role, mileage will be expensed.
