Construction Manager / Build Manager - Residential

Construction Manager / Project Manager / Build Manager required to work for an award winning garden design and build contractor based in South London. They have been in business for over 30 years and specialise within the high-end, luxury residential sector, delivering projects from the initial design stage through to construction and aftercare. The Construction Manager / Project Manager / Build Manager will report to the Construction Director and have control over the installation team, responsible for daily and weekly updates through pro-active management of project managers and site foremans. The Construction Manager will support all business units to ensure the successful collaboration of services to successful deliver builds on time and on budget, as well as signing off quality and workmanship. It is expected that the Construction Manager / Project Manager / Build Manager will have a proven background delivering builds that are regarded as high-end and luxury, within the residential / domestic sector. Experience within garden installation and landscaping is also expected, however they will consider someone with a proven internal background. Given the nature of the role, travel throughout West and South London is expected, with time split between the office, home and sites.
