Then we may have the role for you… Role: Site Manager (No1 on site) Location: Epsom Contract type: Permanent Start date: February Salary: Up to £52k Randstad Contact: Daniel Knight The Company A well established, leading local house builder that provide executive housing throughout Sussex and Surrey The Project We are recruiting for a Site Manager for a site of traditional brick and block houses; these are generally 4-5 bed houses and there are 21 houses in total. The Role As the Site Manager you will be responsible for managing a variety of sub- contractors and labour packages whilst reporting directly into the Contracts Manager. You will be responsible for quality control Managing the Sub - Contractors Tool box talks RAMS & Health & Safety Site paperwork Reporting back to the Project Manager Material control Programme reporting Reading & interpreting drawingsAbout You Candidates will need to have experience in managing new build housing projects from start to finish. You must have a history of permanent employment - if you have spent years working freelance or moving jobs every year or two then this is not the role for you. Good eye for detail. Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs. Strong man-management skills. Excellent organisational skills. Good level of IT literacy. SSSTS or SMSTS. CSCS Card. First Aid.
