This business operates solely in the new build residential sector Management of 3 - 4 projects Experience managing projects over 100 units Management of site team and ensure effecting management of sub-contractors Creating and management of programme Managing the design process Client meetings and associated issues Health and Safety plans Motivating and inspiring the team Liaising on all levels to ensure effective communication is always maintained Following all projects through all stages from start to hand over through to final accountsTo be considered for this role you will have experience of managing multiple projects as a Contracts Manager for another PLC House builder. You must be experienced at managing multiple contracts and assist with all pre construction issues, design issues, procurement, programming and general duties.
