Job Description
Junior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Crowborough - £28,000 to £33,000 per annum -
The client:
- Medium sized Mechanically biased M&E Contractor
- Commercial M&E Contractor
The projects:
- Commercial fit out - CAT A / CAT B
- Managing sub-contractors
- Values up to £6m
The role you will be trained in:
- Completion and submission of PQQs Pre-Contract (EST)
- Take off quantities
- Complete tender documents for submission
- Prepare specifications and / or Contractors proposals
- Maintain contract documentation and advise on pre tender and post contract matters
- Preparation and issue of contractual letters to clients and / or sub-contractors
- Post contract liaison with clients
- Carry out take offs for material procurement
- Sub-contract negotiation and letting
- Manage and value variations
- Preparation and submission of several works final account
- Agreement of final accounts
The package:
- Starting salary of between £28,000 and £33,000 per annum
