Your new company
A well established Main contractor now seek an experienced senior site manager to support the existing site team on a large ongoing education scheme in the Beckenham area. The project is an ongoing new build scheme consisting of new classrooms, sports hall, assembly hall, kitchens and various other common areas, now approaching first fix a strong internals orientated site manager is now needed for the remainder of the job
Your new role
Reporting to the project manager you will work within a management team of 4 specifically responsible for all internal trades across the project, you will oversee quality control, sequencing of trades, health & safety, daily briefings and the general day to day troubleshooting.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background of working as a senior sm on medium to large commercial schemes (School experience not essential) you will be comfortable working within a tier 1 contractor and carrying out the various reports and processes attached to them. You will hold a valid first aid, cscs and smsts certificate and be happy to be put through a DBS check
