Job Description

M & E Supervisor Our client is a National Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the region, they are currently looking to recruit a M & E Supervisor to work with them covering their Client's Portfolio based at their Head Office in Central London. You will be working on a Static site, Supervising the team, carrying out general M&E building services and FM maintenance duties PPM schedules and managing planned works through the computerised system. Working on a variety of Mechanical & Electrical building services equipment, delivering service, maintenance, fault finding & repair. Reporting to the Account Manager, Client interaction on all maintenance tasks including reactive maintenance tasks as requested by the client. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (40hrs per week) You will need a good Knowledge & experience of working on commercial Mechanical & Electrical plant & systems to include Plumbing, HVAC, Boilers, Plant Room maintenance, 1st fix a/c & Water Treatments. Supervising a team of engineers & Client interaction. Ideally you will be educated to City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, holding the 2391/5 Test & Inspect along with the 18th Edition certifications would be advantageous. If you have a current CRB/DBS certificate this will be hugely advantageous as this is a High profile location. You will need to have a positive attitude towards your work responsibilities & adopt flexible working methods to meet the needs of the role. It is necessary that you have good communication skills together with strong problem-solving abilities as you will have regular client contact.
