MMP Consultancy are exclusively working with an London based Local Authority who are seeking a Project Manager to join the Property Services team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake project management of external decs programmes.
* Draft projects brief for the external and internal refurbishment for non-ACM tower blocks, scope of works included FRA and stock data recommendations, ranging from upgrading non-compliant doorsets, assessing roof coverings, windows/balcony doors, bathroom upgrades, and renewal of defective internal soil stacks.
* Working within the JCT form of contract, Design & Build major works contract valued at circa £5m.
* In addition to the above issue Leasehold services with the respective NOI to enable the required consultation.
About Yourself:
* You will need to have excellent knowledge and understanding of Project Management processes and demonstrable experience of delivering major repair projects.
* Our Client also requires you to have an understanding of responsive repairs, voids works, planned and cyclical repairs requirements.
* Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, housing and property management systems.
* Have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise a busy workload, whilst working on a mobile basis, and keep excellent records.
* Be able to communicate clearly and directly in a way that meets the needs of the recipient.
* Manage own work to deliver on time and considers the impact on others when prioritising tasks
* Cooperate and work effectively as part of a team
