External/Façade Manager

J Coffey Construction are looking for a External/Façade Manager to join our Main Contract Division team. Job Overview Contract position – Site manager responsible for completion of already commenced external works and façade packages. Responsibilities & Duties * Overseeing the completion of the external trades (Groundworks and hard landscaping). * Snagging of all previously completed external works and Façade elements. * Management of HSEQ, logistics and design associated with relevant packages. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role. * Must have direct experience managing and snagging to satisfaction of each discipline advised. * Strong IT, filing, QA and communication skills.
