Contracts Manager / Surveyor - Glazing

A great opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager / Surveyor to join a well-established windows, doors and curtain walling specialist covering the Lincolnshire area. The company have been operating for over 25 years focusing on the North East of England and they have been successfully growing within the industry they also manufacturer their own products on site. Due to continued growth they are now looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager with experience working in both the Commercial and Residential sector working on projects valuing anywhere between £5k up to £400k. It is essential that the successful candidate has experience within the Windows, Doors and glazing industry, either working as a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Surveyor, working on commercial and residential projects. The role of the Estimator / Contracts Manager will be to visit client's sites and survey windows and doors taking into account the technical specifications and UK Building Regulations for all projects.
