Groundworker / Fencer

ARC are currently recruiting for a groundworker / fencer for a long term position covering the Bungay, Leiston, Saxmundham Suffolk areas. It will be working for a large housing association carrying out general repairs and maintenance on domestic properties. The work will include fencing, slab laying, concreting work and general external maintenance. Applicants must have relevant experience and a full driving licence. The position is offered on a temporary - permanent basis and PAYE and CIS options are available during the initial 13 week probation period however the successful candidate must be happy to accept a permanent PAYE contract after 3 months. You must also be prepared to work on an out of hours rota where required. A van and fuel card will also be offered to the successful candidate. #INDTIER2
