Job Description

Our client is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer to work within Hammersmith and Fulham area. For this role, you will be working with our teams, booking appointments for essential electrical Inspection. Your day to day duties will be as followed: - Calling on residents to book appointments. Evening telephone follow up calls to residents confirming appointments and scheduling appointments. Being the first point of contact for residents Updating the residents on the works that are being carried out on their property. Dealing with any complaints in a timely manner. We are looking for an experienced RLO who is preferably immediately available and can hit the ground running. The right individual will have a valid CSCS Card, as well as a clean driving license and own vehicle. Able to provide references from previous similar jobs. Flexible Hours – 40 hours per week
