Architectural Technician

Architectural Technician Permanent Location – Hinkley Salary - £20,000 - £30,000 Per Annum Negotiable Depending on Experience A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of our clients who offer a host of technical and design services. To make full and best use of the breadth of services available, it is recommended that we are engaged early in the design process. Early involvement means that attention can be focused on achieving the specific project objectives. They are an established architectural practice experienced in residential, industrial and commercial architects delivering a variety of projects nationwide. Due to expansion they are now looking for a middle weight architectural technician / technologist to join their busy team. You will be working on a range of projects with values ranging between 30K – 10million. Responsibility & Duties * Working on a range of Small- and Large-scale developments within the Residential sector * Working on projects across other sectors such as industrial, commercial and community * Building and site surveying * Preparing architectural drawings using Revit * Conducting site surveys, feasibility reports * Production of working drawings for Planning Applications and Building Regulations Experience & Qualification * Industry post- qualification experience necessary * Proficiency in either AutoCAD or Revit software desirable * Architectural background * Residential experience essential * Portfolio ideal Should this be of interest to you please get in contact and send your most up to date cv to my email address below as soon as possible.
