Our client, a UK leading multi-disciplinary consultancy has an urgent requirement for a Senior / Principal Town Planner to join their Manchester based team. The successful Senior / Principal Town Planner will be responsible for the successful delivery of a variety of large scale residential, infrastructure, commercial, leisure and renewable energy projects for both private and public sector clients.
Experience:
Ideally candidates will have a significant experience of delivering planning consultancy services to clients, leading on planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and carrying out business development duties. It is anticipated that the successful Senior / Principal Planner will have a proven track record of working within a consultancy environment and will be a Chartered Member of the RTPI.
