Project Build Quantity Surveyor

An extremely well-respected Regional Contractor, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a mixed range of Building Projects up to £10m. The Project Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into the Senior Quantity Surveyor. As Project QS you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of a project from start to completion. All commercial requirements including; Valuations Final accounts Variations and change management Cashflow forecasting Value engineering Cost value reconciliations Subcontract procurement Subcontract commercial management General Commercial support to the site teamThe Candidate We are looking for a candidate with the following experience and qualifications; Degree in Quantity Surveying Full UK driving licence Extensive experience within Construction Industry, specifically a main contractor A sound knowledge of various standard forms of contracts Professional, ambitious, independent In Return for the Project Quantity Surveyor? £Competitive Car/Car Allowance Bonus Private Health Pension Generous holiday increasing with service Expenses
