Senior Planner

Senior Planner - Major Project This leading construction company is involved in a complex demolition and new build science facility in London. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Planner to be based out of their central London project office. Your contract as a Senior Planner will be ongoing and ideally you will consider a temp to permanent arrangement as this is a long term scheme over 4yrs. Due to the high profile nature of this project we cannot give specific information within the advert however, it is a high specification science facility with value of over £100m and due to added on works will exceed £200m within the first 18mths. For this Senior Planner role, you MUST know the NEC contract very well in detail and be completely proficient in both Asta Powerproject and Primavera and be capable of converting to either. You must also have worked on major Healthcare or science facilities.You will not be considered for this position if you do not fit the criteria above. This contract is for potentially 2yrs of stable employment on a freelance basis and a great opportunity to work for a leading construction company on a technical demanding but interesting project.
