Construction Planner

Clearfield are currently recruiting for a Modular build contractor based in the Cheshire area for a freelance planner. We are looking for an experienced project planner on a freelance basis You will have experience of working for a main contractor on construction projects. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years working with a main contractor within the construction industry • Planning of live projects • Regular monitoring and recording of Project Progress against critical path • Prepare and issue master/contract programmes • Identify project issues and reducing impact on programmes • Work closely with both site and design teams Our client is willing to accept applications from candidates with strong planning skills from other building and commercial fit out sectors with strong experience
