Job Description

Are you a QA Engineer looking for their next major infrastructure project in London? Would you like to work for a Tier 1 civil engineering contractor on a freelance basis? Please read on. Role & Responsibilities Coordination of design assurance as set out in the Works Information and Contract Requirements Technical Complying with the Technical Assurance and Design Management Plans and Procedures, to plan and close out the design assurance activities, leading to Certification for a number of Design Work Packages Supporting the Technical Assurance and Design Managers to ensure that Technical Assurance Plans for all work packages are up to date with evidence to verify and validate the requirements Supporting the Review of Deliverables and closing out any outstanding comments Updating various Excel trackers Organising meetings & reviews Coordination of certification activities Candidate Requirements Demonstrated experience undertaking a similar role for a Tier 1 contractor Aware of assurance processes in a major project environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in using project information tools and document control systems - e.g MS office, EB, ProjectWise etc. Excellent references If you are interested in this role please apply with your CV - interviews to be held as soon as possible.
