Restoration Technician

My Client is currently seeking experienced 'Fire and Flood Technicians' to join its General Operations. Successful candidates will join a dynamic and experienced operational team working on residential and commercial SME losses. Reporting into a Regional Supervisor, Technicians are responsible for delivering site-based recovery and restoration works to a high standard and providing excellent customer service at all times. Successful candidates will inspect and report on damage using mobile data capture devices. They will be required to deliver all restoration works, managing resources and ensuring all Quality and Health & Safety processes and procedures are correctly implemented. Effective communications and the ability to work with and liaise with the customer and various claim stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective services are provided it vital aspect of the role. Full training in restoration standards, quality management and Health & Safety will be provided.
