The Opportunity We have an excellent opportunity for a Site Manager to join their business to be involved in a brand new residential scheme in Chelmsford, Essex; delivering a project that sees regeneration to the area; 450 residential units, including 10 houses and 440 RC frame apartments building quality homes along with community space, landscaping and infrastructure work. * 440 RC Frame Apartments * 10 Traditional Build Houses * Long term build programme * Longevity of work * The business is reacting positively to the Covid-19 pandemic and buying land What they are looking for The ideal candidate will have a background in delivering new build residential schemes either as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager; and be able to manage programmes & budgets, and drive the site through to an exceptional quality finish, managing subcontractors & liaising with internal and external bodies whilst ensuring health & safety is kept to the highest standard. Site Managers who have seen multiple projects from inception to completion would be ideal, along with experience working for large nationwide residential developers; capable of delivering projects to tight programmes. The Company Our client is an established and well thought of residential developer & main contractor; with an excellent reputation for delivering quality residential housing and apartment schemes for both private sale and HA.
