New Build Clerk of Works

The Oyster Partnership are currently looking a New Build Clerk of Works for an organisation based South London. This role sits within a development team, working mainly on apartment blocks up to 5-6 storeys. The Role The purpose of this role is to ensure the highest standards of quality are met across the organisations major development schemes, projects are completed on time, and H&S and Fire Safety regulations are adhered to. Responsibilities include: * Quality control of workmanship and materials used * Performing snagging and technical inspections * Work effectively with statutory bodies and fire safety/project teams to ensure Compliance and Fire Safety regulations are adhered to * Maintain a good working relationship with contractors and stakeholders The Candidate Any successful candidate will need the following: * Experience working on New Build/Development projects * Experience working as a Clerk of Works or demonstrable expertise in construction * A construction trade or management qualification * Qualifications/knowledge of site safety * ICWCI, RICS, or CIOB membership desirable How To Apply To apply, please follow the instructions below.
