Estimator South Devon Full-Time / Permanent £60,000 & Package Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a pre-construction team for a well-established and main contractor. With an experienced team to work with, this is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of tendering and pricing for a variety of projects across the South West. The Role: * Working on 2 stage tenders, competitive and negotiated tenders * Full tender process administration * Provision of bills of quantity for specification and drawing projects * Understand tender risk and opportunities - practical, commercial & contractual * Understanding of various forms of procurement process * Submission documentation * Provide commercial services to projects circa £10m The Candidate: * Relevant experience with regional/main contracting build knowledge, including commercial, educational and MoD and sectors * Experience working on projects up to circa £10m * As an experienced Estimator you will be familiar with producing estimates from bills of quantity, plans and D&B tenders * Good IT skills and experience of specific estimating packages would be advantageous On offer is a chance to join a forward thinking contractor, with good career prospects and the opportunity to work on an exciting work load.
