Carpenter / Multi Trade Lincoln £18.50 + Mileage Must have your own vehicle for work purposes This company is one of the UKs leading house builders with over 40 years of experience in the house building industry, working throughout the Midlands covering all aspects of building work, is currently looking for a Carpenter / Multi Trade As the Carpenter / Multi Trade you will be responsible for: Carrying out - Joinery, Siliconing, Painting, Decorating, Patch Plastering. You will be responsible for correcting any problems that the homeowners have after moving in, you will be the first point of contact and so will be very customer facing and presentable Representing the company whilst working within private properties Working alongside other trades professionals to complete projects to the highest standard In order to be eligible for the Carpenter / Multi Trade role you must: Have your own suitable work vehicle Hold a valid UK driving licence Be skilled in more than 1 trade The successful Carpenter / Multi Trade will receive in Return: An uplifted rate of pay A dedicated consultant to represent you Training will be provided Additional Information: Working hours from 8:00 - 4:30 Mon - Friday on site time If you are interested in applying or discussing the role or to discuss any of our other roles, please get in touch with Jack Clement on (phone number removed) or send through your up to date CV
