Site Engineer - Ealing (West London) - 24ph
A main contractor is currently seeking to recruit a Site Engineer for a new build steel frame project in West London.
The project incorporates groundwors, piling, frame, facade, fit out & section 278 packages and will be due for completion in Summer 2021.
As a site engineer, you will be responsible for QA and some day to day surveying and setting out duties. You will ensure quality control requirements are met and recordered in line with specifications.
You must be competent in the use of Leica Total Station.
Main duties will include:
Setting out and checking works as required for the project
Undertaking daily inductions
Maintaining a site diary
Undertaking pre pour check for concrete pours
Undertaking certain environmental monitoring requirements (specific training will be provided)
Undertaking weekly checks and completing a task list as outlined by the Project Manager
Checking setting out instruments weekly/monthly
Resolve setting out queries and raise necessary RFI's in relation to these.
General responsibility for site safety
