FM Contract Manager â€" c70k â€" Montpellier France Are you passionate about excellence and high level of service? If so we need to talk about this fantastic new opportunity My client is actively looking for a Contract Manager (Technical and Facilities) for a mixed site located in the Montpellier region. Managing, motivating and developing the team of technicians acting on site in a critical operational environment. The site includes an office building (Offices) and a Data Centre (Data Centre). You will need to locally manage and develop a professional relationship with the client in order to create a positive client experience. You will need to provide a level of performance that not only reaches, but also exceeds the KPIs and SLAs defined in the contract with the client. You will lead, motivate and develop the team on the site and you will ensure that the culture and standards applied on the site are consistent with the culture and standards of the company and the client. In particular, ensure that all site personnel comply with ethical, financial and QHSE requirements. You will provide leadership, management and contract development, ensuring that financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for all strategic and tactical aspects of Facility Management (FM) and Critical Environment operations, including (but not limited to) cleaning, green spaces, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, aeraulic systems, monitoring , control and security systems. You will be responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing the best talent. Also responsible for P&L (Profits and Loss), WiP (Works in Progress), you will have to demonstrate experience in the management of these commercial elements in previous roles. You will be responsible for delivering operational excellence in accordance with contractual commitments to the client. Finally, you will consider and develop any innovation allowing an improved customer experience. Your profile Management experience as a Facility Manager or Contract Manager in a critical environment is required. Experience in a data centre would be a plus &technical experience is desirable but more important is your relationship management skills Prior experience in operations management, including team management, work planning and performance appraisals. Experience in managing problematic and emergency situations. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication, with the ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with the client, employees and sub-contractors. Mastery of the Microsoft Office pack. Excellent motivation and influence skills, with high levels of personal integrity, customer oriented with excellence as a priority.
