WHAT TO EXPECT Occupying a key leadership role, you will have responsibility of a range of contracts for well-known national and regional utility and infrastructure clients, delivering a full suite of portfolio and individual property advice. Our work centres on delivering performance out of property portfolios whilst still preserving core utility functions. Our teams work at the leading edge of the industry with current projects including delivering land and the associated rights for generation and battery storage, redevelopment and rationalisation of operational sites, advising and delivering on strategies for natural capital and biodiversity enhancements as well as taking forward capital realisation programmes across the country. We strive to continually exceed our clients’ expectations and aim repeatedly to innovate and impress! You’ll provide the leadership and growth of our core Property Team, who work on exciting projects across a range of both commercial and rural property assets with clients such as National Grid, Severn Trent, Affinity Water and numerous other high-profile utility and infrastructure businesses. These are exciting times in our Property Team and this is a great opportunity to come in to use your expertise at a senior level to provide leadership, grow the team and be instrumental in developing client relationships, networking and securing new business to support the ongoing growth of our business. Along with your property experience of buying, selling, developing and managing, you’ll be able to demonstrate great leadership and innovation to lead our teams to deliver challenging projects. As an experienced qualified surveyor with a passion for property who loves working in a growing, dynamic business, you’ll have great verbal and written communication skills and experience of managing and growing diverse teams across a matrix organisation and developing new business opportunities. You may have experience of utilities and infrastructure, but this isn’t essential
