Architectural / Urban Designer

Due to more exciting project wins this respected consultancy who specialise in the housing sector are once again in recruitment mode. They work up to planning stage with regional and national clients across the South West and Wales. This role will see you producing detailed sketch layouts and planning layouts on schemes ranging from 50 to 500 units. You will work closely with a director and be working with local authority representatives. We are keen to hear from designers with good freehand and AutoCAD skills ideally with residential experience although over sectors will be considered. You will be well organised and be able to meet project deadlines. They provide you with a gleaming new office with fantastic amenities and space.
