Building Surveyor - Fire Risk job on a rolling temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a medium sized Chartered Surveying consultancy practice who are based in the Essex region. You will be joining their Building Surveying team and will provide interim support on a rolling temporary contract to assist with a number of fire risk projects.

Your new role
As a Fire Risk Building Surveyor you will be working on a number of residential blocks and education projects carrying out thorough post Fire Risk Assessment inspections, remedial works and quality inspections. You will be identify any problems with a thorough defect analysis, carry out condition surveys and will then scope the works with detailed reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced Building Surveyor and ideally Chartered Surveyor with experience in Fire Risk Assessments. You will need to have an analytical mindset with an excellent eye to detail in order to identify any problems and will have excellent report writing skills.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive daily rate of £350-425 per day (outside of IR35) and will join a well respected consultancy on a rolling temporary contract.
