Senior Project Manager

Clearfield are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and award winning Project Management construction consultancy firm, based from their office in Northampton. They provide these services to a broad, mainly repeat, client base in the construction industry with a focus on new build projects within the Healthcare and Residential/ Accommodation sectors, typically £10M - £20m in value. The successful candidate will be managing project(s) from cradle to grave, including but not limited to; feasibility studies, acquisitions, planning & design, programming, tender, contract administration and quality control. They are looking for an additional Senior Project Manager to join their team, because this is a new role they are open/ flexible to looking at people with different backgrounds/ levels of experience. This includes someone stepping up into their first senior level position, or even someone who has a Building Surveyor or Employer Agent background. A Degree or professional membership/ chartership (e.g. APC) is not a requirement, but again beneficial.
