The area you will cover extends from Surrey to West London so there is some travel as you would expect. The business is very candid and there won't be any surprise jobs that take you more than an hour from home.

We are specialists in the recruitment to the building control sector, making us one of the most respected hirers in the industry
Clearfield are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and award winning Project Management construction consultancy firm, based from their office in Northampton.
They provide these services to a broad, mainly repeat, client base in the construction industry with a focus on new build projects within the Healthcare and Residential/ Accommodation sectors, typically £10M - £20m in value.
The successful candidate will be managing project(s) from cradle to grave, including but not limited to; feasibility studies, acquisitions, planning & design, programming, tender, contract administration and quality control.
They are looking for an additional Senior Project Manager to join their team, because this is a new role they are open/ flexible to looking at people with different backgrounds/ levels of experience. This includes someone stepping up into their first senior level position, or even someone who has a Building Surveyor or Employer Agent background.
There are some great benefits to the role; this employer is regularly recognised as one of the best in the region, they have an excellent working environment, with low staff turnover, and there is a real chance of career progression, with on-going training/ education to enable continued development; plus a generous salary/ benefits package on offer.
The successful candidate would not necessarily have had to work for a Consultancy firm previously, but this would be beneficial. They would also look at candidates who want to make the switch from the main contractor or Sub-contractor side. A Degree or professional membership/ chartership (e.g. APC) is not a requirement, but again beneficial.
Overall this is an excellent and rarely available opportunity, in a supportive and forward thinking environment
