Senior Planner - Tender Planning This leading construction company is looking for a Senior Planner to add support to their Tender Planning team due to an increased workload. They have an immediate requirement for a Senior Planner to work out of their Surrey office on a freelance contract basis. You will be required on an ongoing basis and offered a minimum of a 3-month contract. As a leading main contracting company they require their Planners to work on a range of projects in the education, healthcare, leisure and commercial sectors along with some larger mixed use schemes. It is essential that you are proficient in using the ASTA Powerproject software. For this Senior Planner position you will also have worked for a main contractor or regional building contractor tendering for a mixture of new build and refurbishment projects from £5m to £50m in value. Our client does not work in the rail or civil sector so candidates with a majority of experience in those sectors will not be suitable for this role.
