Ground worker (GANGER)

Multi-trades is currently recruiting Street works operatives, working on fibre installations (road digs / reinstatement etc) This is a permanent job position with full uniform and vehicles provided. About You: * High work ethic & team player * Punctual & reliable * Flexible approach * You MUST have a 360 excavator ticket * You MUST have streetworks ticket i.e. NRSWA * You MUST have FTTP experience (Telecoms) * Towing licence preferable * EUSR preferable * Dumper ticket preferable About the role: * Hours: Monday- Friday 40 hours per week * Pay is £16:00-18:00 dependant on experience * Supervising a small team during the installation of fibre optics * Ensuring compliance to NRSWA, SROH, NJUG * Providing daily activity briefings and reviewing RAMS The client is also providing access to -Private Health Care -25 day’s paid holiday -Birthday off work -4.5% pension contribution -Performance bonus -Life Insurance This is a PLC company with a solid business structure.
