Quantity Surveyor

DPT Ltd Carpentry & Joinery are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team and undertake the running of multiple projects from start to finish. Current forecast work portfolio for 2020 includes projects ranging from £500k - £3m, all in London for Top Tier Main Contractors. Seeking an experienced candidate who has good organisational skills and an interest in a variety of different projects. Job role will include all aspects of quantity surveying from estimating to final accounts. DPT Ltd is an Irish family run business with a close knit team so candidate must have good sense of humour and ability to adapt in a team environment. Job responsibilities would include; - Estimating - Pricing variations - Weekly cost analysis - Valuations - Final account meetings - Site visits to do progress reports Working hours 8am - 5.30pm Previous Quantity surveying experience is ESSENTIAL for this role. Experience in internal finishing trades preferred but not required
