Property Manager

Property Manager - Our Client are an established firm of Chartered Surveyors who specialise in prestige property management. They offer a range of services to property owners and occupiers on both residential and commercial properties, mainly within the City and West End. Along with property management, the company also deals with valuations, lease advisory and more. They are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their small yet prestigious team.

The Role will be split up in a number of ways including the responsibility of:

• Carrying out building inspections and dealing with all repairs, tenant compliance, and Contractors.
• Setting all service charge budgets for properties including apportionment.
• Handling residential tenancies by servicing section 20 notices and liaising in regards to health and safety and FRA.
• Being responsible for apportionment and recovery in terms of insurance.
• Liaising with Brokers.
• Working with licences for Alteration and Assignment.
• Conducting any necessary rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Ensuring that all meter readings are conducted and up to date.
• Regularly conducting fire alarm tests.
• Reviewing contracts.

The Person: would be expected to have 5 years' experience and come from a commercial or mixed portfolio background. You will be expected to manage your own time and report to the Head of Property Management. You will be a confident and out going person who will represent the company to the highest standard in front of clients. Along with your organisation skills, you will also be a key team player as well as an individual.
