Your new company
A leading international contractor specialising in new build, refurbishment, fit-out services, commercial and private sector now require a Quantity Surveyor to join their Property Division. Due to continual growth in the market, the Property Development Division now requires a Quantity Surveyor to join the business.

Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Property with direction from the Chairman, you will ensure the effective management of costs on live Northern Irish based property contracts. As well as this, you will work collaboratively with other key partners and divisions within the company. You will also play a key role in assessing the commercial viability of future investment and development opportunities across Northern Ireland. All projects are Northern Ireland based and will require travel to site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or the equivalent with a minimum of 7 years' experience. You will be commercially astute and will be able to independently deal with complex projects. You will be well versed in preparing cost plans for development opportunities at various stages of design development and experience of relevant forms of contract. You will have a driven and proactive approach and ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with company policy and standard.
