Your new company
One of the most recognised brand names in specialist design & build construction and property in multi-sector, mixed use schemes throughout the UK & Ireland is now recruiting for a Junior Estimator. Due to continued growth they now require a Junior Estimator to join the business.
Your new role
You will work within an integral part of the business, reporting directly to the Pre-Construction Manager. You will be assisting a Senior Estimator in the tendering of a range of D&B projects worth up to £75m. Your daily responsibilities will include; sending out inquiries, providing admin support and replying to queries from subcontractors. This is an office-based role in Co. Tyrone.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree educated, stemming from a construction related discipline and be keen to make a move to a contractor that will offer a long-term career view in the construction industry. A high level of competence in all Microsoft Office packages will be a necessity for the role, as will the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast and dynamic environment. A confident and outgoing personality will be beneficial for dealing directly with clients, suppliers, design teams and sub-contractors.
